This page explains what wavrelay.com and the Wavrelay plugin collect, and why. Wavrelay is sold by Rollout Heaven LLC.
When you buy
Stripe handles checkout. We receive your email address, the amount, and the payment reference. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe collects.
If a studio sent you
If you start checkout from a partner studio such as Rollout Live, we record which studio and which page sent you, so the partner price applies and we can support you. We do not get anything else from that studio about you.
Your license
We keep your license key with your email so we can send it again if you lose it, and so refunds can switch it off.
When you activate
The plugin sends us your key, a one way fingerprint of your computer (a hash, not your hardware serials), your computer's name and the plugin version. We use them to tie the key to one computer and to help you move it later.
Your audio
Your audio never comes to us. Wavrelay sends it only to apps on the same computer, through its loopback address. After activation, the plugin doesn't contact us.
We email your key and download link when you buy and when you ask for it again. We don't send marketing emails without your permission. Emails go out through our email provider.
The website
wavrelay.com uses no ads, no tracking pixels, no analytics and no cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. Our host keeps short server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
Keeping and deleting
We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask for a copy of your data or to delete it, email support@wavrelay.com. Deleting it also ends the license.
