Terms of sale and license

Wavrelay is sold by Rollout Heaven LLC ("we", "us"). Buying or using Wavrelay means you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

When you pay, you get a license to install and use Wavrelay on one computer that you own or control. The license is personal to you and does not expire. Updates within version 1 are included. We may offer later major versions separately.

1a. Prices

Wavrelay costs $19.99 on wavrelay.com. Studios that partner with us, such as Rollout Live, may offer it to their members for less. Those prices only apply when you start checkout from that studio, and the license is the same.

2. What you can't do

Do not share, sell, rent or give away your key or the installer. Do not try to get around the license check, and do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the plugin except where the law allows it anyway.

3. Moving your license

A key activates on one computer. If you replace that computer, email support@wavrelay.com and we move the key for you.

4. Refunds

If Wavrelay doesn't work for you, email support@wavrelay.com within 14 days of purchase. We will help you get it running, and if we can't, we refund you in full. A refunded or disputed key stops working for new activations.

5. Your content

Wavrelay sends your DAW's audio to other apps on the same computer. What you stream, and making sure you have the rights to it, is up to you.

6. No warranty

Wavrelay is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error free or work with every app, setting or computer.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to Wavrelay is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost streams, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, unless the law where you live gives you rights that can't be waived.
